Madonna causes uproar after posting photos of civil rights icons altered to match 'Rebel Heart' album cover
Photos that seem to equate the Material Girl with the late, great Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., South African leader Nelson Mandela and reggae icon Bob Marley don't go over well on social media.
The Material Girl is being accused of being a little too materialistic.
Critics slammed Madonna for posting altered photos of civil rights leaders Martin Luther King Jr., Nelson Mandela and Bob Marley to promote her upcomng album, “Rebel Heart.”
The pictures feature the late icons trussed up black rope, mimicking the pose Madonna strikes on her the album cover.
