At first I was thinking "Hooray", but I thought about it more, and if this turns out to be true, it could potentially be really bad. People in ISIS don't care if they die, and if they have ebola, it makes it easier for them to kill others...

True, but there are people from ISIS all over the world. ISIS are situated in Iraq and Syria, but there are hundreds of people from Europe and Africa who have gone to join the group. I'll wait for more information, but it's certainly possible this could be true.
I honestly hope this isn't true, since ISIS would probably love more than nothing to have access to a deadly disease to spread around...
