I have no doubts that she loves her fan but the gift giving video, inviting fans to her homes, pandering to her fans on Tumblr etc are part of her awesome PR. Those things really help her image though so I have no complains

Though people would probably say it regardless, she should've just put together a video herself and not have all the blatantly obvious PR bragging bits in the video. It'd feel better if it was more personal and not like a ACM for your consideration video.

Hi guys! I've never posted in here before in all my time of being here because, well, I didn't care much for Taylor for a long time. However, when she released Red, she got me interested into her music and I was pretty much a casual listener. But then I finally decided to listen to 1989 in full and I now consider myself a stan of Taylor. The album, to me, is simply superb. There is not one song that I dislike on there and I've been watching a lot of interviews of her on youtube recently and she is such a doll. And also, 1989 is one of the few albums I ever buy physically nowadays (yeah yeah, I know, really stupid) so that really says something too.

Wow, I just saw that Taylor Swift Gift Giving video on Youtube and can't believe how nice and down-to-Earth she is. Truly one of a kind in the personality department, and she has a wonderful relationship with her fans.
This just makes me more stoked to see her on tour!
