I actually like that about him. I didn't know he was so young, but just listening to his song on Pandora I could kind of connect to the song because it wasn't ****** lyrics. It actually had meaning to it.
I think he has a good year ahead of him if he keeps working on his craft. And he isn't polarizing like Adam Lambert so marketing him should be pretty easy too.
He's quite young though so I'll wait to see if more of his personality develops in his songs.
