Lady Gaga has literally everything. She has an amazing voice (you can't compare every singer to Whitney and Mariah, because they'll always look less talenented than Whitney,Mariah etc.) you can't compare every performer to Beyonce...
Lady Gaga can play the piano better than any pop star, has an amazing voice, can dance, writes some of the best and most acclaimed pop music of the last 10 years, can sing rock, jazz etc..

Vocally she can pull off about 3 genres: Rock/Jazz/Dance and uptempo and ballads, which is impressive. Probably because she's a trained singer. She's more versatile than any of the other post-2005 artists, but definitely not of all time. For instance, Beyoncé can do more vocally and has dabbled in more genres and styles.

"Of all time" is a tough sell. Doubt you'd get everyone to agree on anyone being absolute best etc.

She's certainly one of the most versatile around, though. We all know this is true, even if people don't admit it.

Honestly she is. Then followed by Shakira. They both are so diverse and don't just do one genre. Beyoncé as much as I love her has her trademark with r&b/urban and to see her explore another route would be awkward because she's always been seen as just that style and anything else is not authentic.

Lets compare ha with Mariah and see since I know Mariah very well. I followed Gaga for quite a while too.

Singing - Obviously Mariah
Dancing - Gaga obviously wins this one. Tho Mariah dances ok if she tries to. I think she should try more elegant dances like ballroom dancing, rather than those ones with intricate choreography in it.
Songwriting - Once again Mariah as she has the ability to evoke emotions in people fast. Unlike Gaga, which utilizes a lot of metaphors. I am not saying it is bad tho.
Playing Instruments - Winner goes to Gaga. Tho Mariah knows how to play a little of the piano and also guitar. Ha voice itself is an instrument tho.
Directing - Mariah has always co-direct most of ha MVs. The most prominent one would be ha directing ha "Fantasy" MV back in 1995.
Versatility - Mariah wins this one I'm afraid. She has delved into tons of genres too.

Conclusion: Mariah is a more versatile and is the most diverse pop girl of all time. She tried everything, even dancing tho it is not ha forte. Still, I think Gaga has potential to be the most versatile pop singer of this generation, not of all time

So yeah, there's that.
