No. Gaga & Tony are performing on NBC's irrelevant show. Superstar artists (Taylor, 1D) or acts with a massive phenomenon of a hit (Meghan, Iggy, Idina) are generally the ones that ABC easily attracts. I can't think of any stars of that caliber having performed on any of the other NYE specials recently.
