Cara Delevingne on the Jonathan Ross Show

Miss Delevingne and her girlfriend Kendall Jenner were spotted earlier in London after performance at the MTV European Music Awards (or EMAs)at which she won multiple awards, presented an award to her label mate Charli XCX, and performed her latest single 'La Belle'. The UK had 'La Belle' within it's Top 3 for the past week ever since the release but once Cara performed at the EMAs it hit the top spot and never went back a spot or two. During the candids taken in London earlier, Cara was wearing long Chanel black pants, a black suede jacket and a Burberry top underneath the jacket, while Kendall was wearing a black fur dress and black heeled boots. Kendall stopped by their hotel at which a long line of fans of both Cara and Kendall were waiting, while Cara went to the Johnathan Ross Show studio on which she scheduled an appearance part of the promotion for her single 'La Belle' released this week and her album 'Distant Horizon' out next week.
"She just performed at the European Music Awards, she has a new smash hit single called 'La Belle', her album is out in just a few days, welcome on the show the one and only Cara Delevingne!" presented her the host of the show, Johnathan Ross. She walked in wearing a beautiful black Armani Privé dress, that goes long from the back but which is cut short at the front. Cara is also wearing black Christian Louboutin pumps, black armani gloves and a black mask.
Host: You look just gorgeous!
Cara: Thank you! I've been obsessed with some Armani these past few days. Everything they do is so beautiful!
Host: First of all, Happy new year!
Cara: Happy new year to you too! Happy new year to everyone in here, I'm so happy to see my British fans.
Host: Well it's not like they didn't earn it, you have three number #1 singles here, Magazine, Excessive and La Belle, and your album also went number #1. You worked really hard for those as well, you obviously put in a lot of effort for your work to achieve this, don't you think it's tiring? Just not stopping or some time, just performing everywhere, and travelling to different cities all the time?
Cara: Well it is tiring, but doing nothing is boring as well. I enjoy doing what I do. Besides I took nearly a whole year off, or at least stopped promoting or performing, even if I did do modeling and acted for some time and was doing music, it's still less work then what I do now. I enjoy every moment cause every single one is different and I just think that in some days, weeks, months or years it won't be the same.
Host: You said your album was about looking to a better and brighter future, moving on, not caring about the haters, this situation that you described fits it pretty well.
Cara: Well obviously, because I was inspired by my own experiences. This album really is just about everything I've felt concerning the future. It's not necessarily about things in 30, 40 or 50 years. It's my daily fears that I talk about basically.
Host: But then the lead single you chose for the album doesn't really fit the album's theme.
Cara: La Belle closes the standard edition of y album, because it looks back to the past instead of the future. As if I had passed all the challenges represented by the songs, and I was like giving a big "**** You" to my haters and everyone who tried to attack me. And well, some of the final songs mostly talk about how I feel about the past, just like I had taken a pause in my advance in time, and just decided to rewind everything and come to a conclusion about myself, how I feel and more. I find that really interesting, because it's also the conclusion of the album.
Host: Well it seems like the album sorts of follows your own process or the same timing as you did in real life. Did you come to a point where you came to a conclusion about yourself, where you just didn't care about what people thought of you?
Cara: Yes. All those songs are on the album because they sort of represent a moment in my life, metaphorically or not. Through those moments I sort of created a small story line. The tracks that aren't on the standard edition are just extra songs I did, which are more fictional, and more done just for the fun of it.
Host: To close off the interview, do you have any 2015 resolutions you'd like to share?
Cara: Well, I'd like to expand into an even better way of thinking, getting even less concerned with what people think of me, and just keep on what I'm working on!

After a commercial which also featured one of Cara's commercials she did for British Airways, Cara Delevingne was back on screen wearing a black leotard composed of black sequins with black ankle boots and a long black cape. She also was wearing black leather gloves, the whole thing was an ensemble by Armani Privé. Cara was sitting on a piano, while the pianist was playing a few notes from 'La Belle' s chorus while Cara was slowly singing a slowed down version of 'La Belle', which was sung rather than rapped. When the pianist stopped playing, the lights turned to red, while Cara took the cape off, the pianist jumped off he's seat revealing that he's not only a piano player but a dancer as well. And the 'La Belle' beat started while two other male dancers wearing tuxedos just like the pianist and all three started dancing a choreography together. Cara was rapping the lyrics next to them before twirling on herself and joining in. She then stood in the middle between all three guys and started acting as if she was being seduced by the men while they were dancing. Cara ended the performance while simply standing, her head looking to the ground, the dancers doing the same pose while the lights went wild and so did the crowd.
