Well I think it's a pretty debatable topic, I can see either side being argued. ok, now let me get serious. I try to eat healthy, and I try to be as active as I can, like will walk to work, and stuff, but I hate gym... I am slim, not fat, not bulk, just slim, and I am healthy for now, I do like coke (cola) but I don't do it regulary, + I eat a lot of vegetables, so i don't know... I think it is a good idea to eat healthy and to be active, as a medical worker, cuz I have seen some **** lol some people really let themselves go and at the end it looks nasty... they just wish to leave their body, but they are stuck, and it's sad, they are literally trapped in their own body (I am speaking now about 80/70 yo who spent theyr whole life at mcdonalds and never went to the gym)
taking care of yourself is always a good idea
