Ugh, that happens to me all the time!
You should save your "progress" on a Notepad, a word document or something, that works for me now Saved me like 2 times in the past days
When I realize I never typed it up in notepad, I make sure to copy what I've written that way if I hit a wrong button that removes all my progress I can quickly paste it all back.
Now that I've warmed up to Lorde, I was able to like this song on the first listen. It fits her and it suits the film's soundtrack well.
Final appearance of Lorde
69. Dami Im - Living Dangerously
I like Dami and her songs this era have been bops, but this song was the weakest of the three. It got old VERY quickly because the song is so generic that anyone could have sung it. I need the next single to be more Dami.
Second of four appearances by Dami Im
68. Cascada - Madness
Now, I'm a loyal Cascada stan, but these days a lot of their songs sound the same. Ok, they sounded the same with the sound they had on Everytime We Touch, but that sound was full of magic. This sound doesn't on some songs. And this song basically has the build up as Blink (the superior song). Plus, the rapper was unnecessary. Still a bop though for at least a party.
One of two appearances by Cascada
67. Havana Brown - Better Not Said
Havana is awesome and all her songs have been bops to me, but the original version of this song doesn't slay like the remixes do.
Second of three appearances by Havana Brown
66. Austin Mahone - Shadow
I actually really liked this song, but it's a shame. Austin is by far the only boy from the Bieber clones I actually like but releasing this song just wasn't going to help become more successful. I like Austin, but he needs to make songs that can appeal to more than just teen girls.
Second of three appearances by Austin Mahone
65. Rita Ora - I Will Never Let You Down
The floppage of this song should be a lesson to all artists: don't burn bridges with someone that can control your fate. Whatever Rita did to Calvin, made him furious enough to get revenge on her. It's a shame because this song is a bop and very cute.
First of two appearances by Rita Ora
64. Calvin Harris f. Ellie Goulding - Outside
Calvin and Ellie teamed up again for his album Motion. This song is good enough quality to be a single as we know, but it's not as good as I Need Your Love. I just feel like the magic wasn't as present in this song as it was in I Need Your Love. I do have to say though that this song has a different mood than I Need Your Love did. This song has a dark supernatural feeling to it. That is something I really like. So that's a good even trade when it comes to this song. I hope they release it in the US.
Sixth of eight appearances by Calvin Harris. Second of four appearances by Ellie Goulding
63. Danity Kane f. Tyga - Lemonade
I think most of us were just happy that Danity Kane released new music. But the quality of the song was just not the same without D. Woods and Aundrea. Three members was enough to make an ok track, but not enough to make an epic one. At least we got some new DK music before their conflicts killed the group's potential for good.
Final appearance of Danity Kane. Only appearance of Tyga
62. Avril Lavigne f. Marilyn Manson - Bad Girl
From what I know, this song got a video for the opening of shows on her tour, so I treated this song as a single on my countdown, were it went Top 20. The song is just so edgy and it's basically Avril's persona on steroids. It's also a great song for sex
Third of four appearances by Avril Lavigne. Only appearance of Marilyn Manson
61. Carrie Underwood - Something In the Water
I feel like this song is very in touch with Carrie's career and personal life. I feel like this song was like a way of saying "look how far I've come" and I feel this song is very triumphant about that. That's why I really like this song, it makes you feel triumphant for overcoming struggles in your life or whatever else you need to overcome. It's not amazing, but the song makes you feel good.
