That's oversimplifying the issue. Simply being white isn't something to get dragged for. However capitalising on white privilege when you aren't particularly gifted or talented at something is.
If she was black, she wouldn't have been signed. Like I said before, the fact that she's a pretty white blonde with cool clothes is what makes her marketable. We hadn't seen a white, female rapper in the mainstream before. T.I saw an untapped market and helped manufacture her with other writers and producers.
