Yes since it changes from time to time. Its bascially stans running around in circles.

Yes. Nobody gives a damn about it outside of ATRL and there's so many contradictions like when people say you can only be the it girl once even if a girl dominated more than 1 year, or when people say that you have to be a new artist to be an it girl even though Iggy and Ariana, who most people consider to be the it girls of this year, are not new artists and have released music in previous years. Or when people claim that girls like Iggy were the it girl even though they were outsold by Katy, Taylor, etc.
