What is your favorite kitchen utensil? Knives, forks, or maybe spatulas???

Extra long tongs. I usually eat my chicken with my fingers. I like long tongs though cause if I cook it in a sauce or its marinated, then it sizzles and a bit of oil can fly up and burn me. Extra long tongs minimise this risk
