Madonna as always had a dark, dry sense of humour so I always took this as a bit more of a compliment than a direct jab to be honest. The backdrop is shady but she's singing it with a smile and she's doing it playfully.

I felt the same, maybe with the "She's Not Me" over and over crossing the line a bit. But she spoke about Gaga and her fans at her shows outside of this, where it really became petty for someone of her status.
