Sefia's not too bad but you can definitely get better! Check your mailbox, there should be a gem there for the holiday giveaway event thing

Frogs level up your Brave Bursts (Brave Bursts go up to level 10 and then you unlock a Super Brave Burst which also gets to level 10). Don't train Brave Bursts/use your frogs till you have 6* units. When you evolve a unit up a * level, your BB halves. You can only unlock Super Brave Burst (SBB) at level 10.

You can also level up BB by fusing units that say "BB Up?" to your unit. Don't EVER fuse away units you get from the Rare Summon unless you get duplicates. Anima is the best typing for just about every unit, btw.

Use your kings to level up your units.

Wait, do the JP codes work on American games, too?

And just a little addit from Eternium's post; try matching the kings/gods/crystals with the same element for an exp bonus!

Dragon units: It depends on what you have and don't have
Fire dude is pretty good though if you already have Sergio/Lilith/Rowgen then he's not that important unless you really want that fire typing plus BB gauge filling BB (((aka me )))
Shera is a must if you don't have a damage mitigator
Belfura/water dragon lady if you need the status inflicting LS for raid (if we ever get it lol) + atk debuff
Ragshelm/earth dragon is pretty badass; weakness buff thing for the party + atk/def debuff
The other 2 use a new mechanic of swapping stats or something like that which is pretty cool
