140-131: Happy was a bop though I hated it too because it dethroned Dark Horse from the top spot. I wish V had more songs likeLost Stars Best Song Ever had a better peak than Story of My Life though. Find You is one of my fave EDM tracks this year. John Doe is really different from your typical hiphop/rnb song. Really Don't Care is sometimes annoying but not as annoying as Neon Lights.

130-121: Yas, drag that overrated Settle Down. Yas, Lay Me Down deserved better. Now now, what is Perfume doing here? I love everything Tove Love Lo (well except for Heroes ) so yas at Not on Drugs making it.

Until It's Gone Linkin Park 2013: NA Peak: #24 Weeks: 6 The only Linkin Park song I've heard from their new album. It's a nice song, I love how the song builds up and then the electro-rock chorus hits and it's pretty cool.

This Is How We Do Katy Perry 2013: NA Peak: #21 Weeks: 6 My feelings for this song is like a see-saw. When the album came out, I was absolutely disgusted by this song. Then slowly I began to like the production and found it cool. Then I got bored of it. Then it got released as a single and I bopped a bit cuz the beats are kinda catchy. And then I got really bored of it soon after.

Do It Again Royksopp & Robyn 2013: NA Peak: #17 Weeks: 8 I guess this song is kinda different from Robyn's usual material and it's pretty nice. The production is flawless and Robyn's sweet vocals really fit this EDM banger.

Girls Chase Boys Ingrid Michaelson 2013: NA Peak: #14 Weeks: 6 The first Ingrid song I've ever heard. It's a cute poppy bop. And yeah the message is good of course. The video was... interesting.

The Monster (feat. Rihanna) Eminem 2013: NA Peak: #2 Weeks: 11 This song got old for me really fast. It just felt like they were trying to recreate their success from Love the Way You Lie. It's a not bad song, but it's nothing special, whereas their other collaboration, Numb, was more interesting (even though Eminem was severely under-utilised).

Left Hand Free Alt-J 2013: NA Peak: #14 Weeks: 9 So I read that apparently they didn't do this song seriously. Well, it does feel a bit more impersonal compared to their usual stuff. But it's still quite a bop, even the keyboard solo which sounds like random pounding on the keys is cool.

Falling HAIM 2013: NA Peak: #13 Weeks: 8 One of the best songs on their debut album. Firstly, their HAIM sound is so amazing, it's like a little rock and roll and pop and just amazing. The best part of the song is the bridge which really takes the song to a whole new level.

Superheroes The Script 2013: NA Peak: #21 Weeks: 5 The Script's lead single from their latest album. Compared to their usual singles, it's not super amazing or whatever. It does it's job well and I guess it works as a lead single, just nothing special about it.

Heart Beats Slow Angus & Julia Stone 2013: NA Peak: #17 Weeks: 8 I've not heard much of their stuff, but I think this is more upbeat compared to their usual songs? It's a nice sweet song. I don't really know how to describe what's so good about it.It's just, good.

Don't Find Another Love Tegan and Sara 2013: NA Peak: #7 Weeks: 8 Apart from the cringey Everything Is Awesome, this was another soundtrack song that they did this year. It sounds like an in-between between the sounds of Heartthrob and their earlier stuff. It has a more pop-rock sound (though not as indie rock as their usual stuff) but yet it's totally a pop song. I love the strings in the song too.

9/10 All except "The Monster" boring song.
