If the police would have come, they will be seeing as racist pigs, and then there will have been some protests for arresting this Black customer who just want her money back. The Police should stay away. They have been having too much hate lately form the Black Community. Not a good move.

Why is it always Mcdonalds that people go crazy over? I have yet to see of video of someone going crazy at Wendy's, Burger King, Chik Fil A, Taco Bell, ect.. it's always Mcdonalds..why is that?

I started screaming when she started smacking random displays like she was serving bongo drum realness.

I was a two-year barista and for a portion of my time a shift supervisor, with Starbucks Coffee Canada, and quit later to focus on my career in neurobiology. I have dealt with situations like this before, and yes, I have seen people banned from my downtown store due to employee abuse.

If you could constructively point out what part of my comment was "stupid", let me know. I'm defending and educating people's right to not have to take abuse from customers when they're working. None of that should make anyone look like a dumbass.

If this is real, what an awful excuse for a human being.

What's scarier to think, is that when/if this woman has kids - they will be raised with the exact same manners and self-respect... and the chain will continue. What ever happened to simple manners? It's really not hard.
