Luke filed legal docs -- trying to discredit her claim that he drugged and raped her when she was 18. He says she flat-out lied when she told the public he forced her to sing "Die Young" to distance herself from the massacre. Luke says she also lied by saying he wrote the song.
And Luke isn't limiting his attack to lying ... he says she's a horrible person who once locked her mom out of a Vegas hotel room with no shoes and no money. Luke says, "Pebe was forced to wander the hotel's casino floor, begging for assistance."
The singer appeared on 95.5 WPLJ in New York back in November -- weeks before the Newtown massacre -- and took full credit for writing the song, saying:
"I definitely make sure that every word rings true to me because I would never want to misrepresent myself to millions of people around the world ... I wrote and rewrote and rewrote that song ten times."
AP: You're one of five songwriters listed on Ke$ha's current hit single, "Die Young." How did the collaboration come about?
Ruess: I just wrote the hook and I wrote it for something else, and then a couple of producers got a hold of it and worked on the rest with her. I was not involved in anything other than the (hook). Somewhere around the world there's me singing that chorus.
I don't think Kesha is lying at all. You can see Luke's manipulative ways from the beginning, he's even confirmed his ways of dictating how people should behave - in terms of nutrition. I wouldn't be surprised if he started to dictate others part of her life too...
That statement doesn't indicate that she re-wrote the WHOLE song. The chorus wasn't written by her, which doesn't mean that her statement couldn't have refereed to the rest of the song. Let's not use faulty logic now
As bad as this looks for Ke$ha, none of this is addressing the sexual assault so is anything relevant? This just seems like slander

Oh my god This happened to me once I was locked out by accident though, it wasn't intentional.
