I don't have one, because they're bull****. I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade, but if you really want to make a conscious change in your life, you'll just do it. You don't wait for a couple of digits to roll over on the Gregorian calendar.
People who make New Years resolutions forget about them like 3 or 4 days later. Maybe 1-2 weeks later if they're like "I'm going to lose a lot of weight!" or "I'm going to put on a lot of muscle!"
- Work on physique
- Talk to more people on my course and improve social circle
- Start/join a charity for kids
- Be able to do the splits
- Don't put up with ******** from other people
Stop smoking and drinking alcohol.
Start working out more regularly.
And In the near future - pass the writing and oral final exam from Molecular Biology and Genetics in January, because I know literally s****.
