I would have lost my cool so fast if I was the worker. I would have poured a drink on this bitch or something. I can be patient but when you're screaming and yelling my patience goes out the window very fast.
What she's doing is right, it's just the way she carried it out that was really classless. Honestly if someone charged me an extra __ amount of money for something I didn't buy, I'd be all up in their ass too. As a person who works in customer service, you should know not to charge people extra. So the ones saying "she's ghetto" BS can keep it all the way cute because you know damn well you wouldn't let someone dupe you out of money.

She's actually disgusting. I work at a retail store and I've had some ignorant customers while working the register but I'm glad I've never dealt with somebody like this.
