Quite possibly the busiest gaming day of the year, especially for gamers unwrapping the latest console or game, has turned into a huge disappointment for many as it appears the hacker group Lizard Squad has resurfaced and has taken down both Xbox Live and the PSN gaming services.
Both Xbox Live and PSN were taken down briefly last night by a Twitter account labelled “Lizard Squad” but were quickly restored. Issues have resurfaced today as a few Twitter accounts are claiming they have taken the services down again asking for RT’s to restore service to both popular gaming services (please excuse the one Twitter tag).
You can even search on twitter and you'll see the same. Is this true? I just got my Xbox One today, and Xbox Live is down, and as of this current moment, I can't sign back into my profile.
