PF sold 14M, BR sold 12M. However BR wins everywhere else, from awards, to streaming to impact etc.
so obviously Bad Romance, tho I understand the confusion, both songs are 2 of the most impactful of the last decade and when it's from the same artists, it's really hard to decide...
