Tik Tok is bigger than anything Ciara has ever done, but not because of Kesha. Honestly any number of girls could have recorded that song and made it a hit. Kesha as an artist and brand has had nominal (and now dwindling) impact in pop culture, while Ciara at least enjoys a loyal fanbase for almost a decade and maintains pretty decent success on Urban radio. Not to mention she has a Grammy.
Sorry but Ciara is kinda local. I literally had no idea who Ciara was until I joined ATRL. Sure Ke$ha sales are lower since she's been in the music industry for less years than Ciara but at least people know her and some of her songs.
I can honesty say I don't know who Ciara is. But then again, I've been here for a whole year now and I mostly only visit the K$ base and the Pokémonster base so...
Also, We R Who We R remains iconic, and I know in Australia it is probably preffered over Tik Tok. Although Kesha's reign was shorter, it still had a much larger impact than Ciara.
