For me they were two of the best shows when they started out, but they really lost their way. Prison Break is stuck on this Scylla thing.

Every single episode has them taking one step forward and one step back. They don't really go anywhere. Now Lost I was THE BIGGEST FAN for the first couple of seasons, but it's so nerdy now. Time travel? A magic wheel that makes the island disappear? I remember when I used to be like

when an episode would end. Now I'm just kind of like "meh". I mean how obvious was it that that girl was Rousseau? What kind of cliffhanger is that?
I agree with you about Heroes though.

So true!

Not to mention the fact that I've noticed almost all of the actors overact EVERYTHING. Peter and Claire especially. It's quite funny actually.
