Katy for sure. Taylor jumping from country to pop was indeed risky. Plus she released solo-written indie album with 5-6 minute songs which had no radio potential. Also super risky.

There is nothing risky about bubble Gum pop songs like CG or Part of Me and just because something isn't upbeat doesn't mean it is risky.
And Dark Horse is literally the safest Katy single as it slayed before it even became one.

Anyway Katy, Taylor and Selena are pretty safe but that's not necessarily a bad thing
