Of course there are a lot more older fans now, but there are still a lot of young ones out there. Banks just isn't the kind of music you think they'd be interested in listening to, she's so dark and her music is so alternative, her audience is clearly a lot different. Even Banks herself would feel weird tbh.
Vance Joy has a sorta alternative/indie audience too, but his music isn't as strange or unconventional as Banks, so it could potentially appeal to her crowd. His sound isn't too far off Taylor's pop-rock stuff.
As for Shawn, she probably just wanted to support him or thought that her young audience would like him.

No but we can't deny that she does have a large number of teens in her concerts, and she knows that and has to take care of that. 
It's cheesy as hell and the lyrical basicness reminds me of A Perfectly Good Heart.
