I will not let it go! The fact that black women are discredited doesn't contradict that Nicki's use of the word is incorrect. You said to look at context so look at it yourself. The bolded parts of the definition are NOT parallel to the point Nicki made. Again, she talked about black being copied and not being credited for it. That's not demonization or discrediting.

No, I'm not! The only other people agreeing with you are the ones pushing an agenda. They want to express that black women are discredited and are trying to pretend Nicki was actually trying to express that. Sorry, but I'm using reading comprehension and context here.

I made this thread because I agreed with Nicki's point about black women being copied and the original title was pointing out specific artists who do it.
Just because I'm pointing out Nicki doesn't know how to properly use 'discredit' and people are arguing with me trying to pretend she's actually eloquent [she's not] doesn't cause a backfire. Stop trying to be clever because you're not good at it.
