I don't think she'll do a joint tour, here. If she does, I can't say I blame her. This would be her fist solo arena tour here. If she doesn't do a joint tour, a perfect opener would be a rapper like Meek Mill. I'm actually hoping that's who she brings.

I don't think that's what she meant. She asked the interviewer who she'd like to tour with her and she answered: "J Cole, but maybe your vibes are too different." Then she answered: "Who knows? Maybe a co-headline?" So yeah, she's definitely considering a joint tour.
