I love the album but I'm excited to see what she is going to put out in the future. The main dose of reality on ARTPOP is Dope, the rest is mostly fun escapism.
The trampling on the album when it came out must have been disheartening but I'm glad she seemed to have such a great time touring it, and seeing how much fans loved it.
It's weird, after reading that you'd expect ARTPOP to sound somewhat experimental/psychedelic in nature, when really it's just poorly written pop music.
