Lady Gaga has always been bigger than Nicki Minaj. She's just fallen behind her pop peers (Rihanna, Katy, Bey, etc.) but she's expected to outsell rappers and new artists.

Queen Gaga has always been bigger then Nicki and whoever said Nicki is bigger is sort of nuts.
but lets not pretend that Gaga being pop doesnt help. If Nicki focused solely on pop music she would probably be currently as big as Gaga. however Gaga from 2009-2012 was untouchable
