That's 23k singles you have to sell and even then iTunes takes a big chunk, the writers/producers take a big chunk and what are you left with? So they need to sell a LOT to even finance a cheap video.

I think everyone is forgetting that Capitol was quick to fund in the days when Sky was full-on electropop.

I just think labels in general don't have much faith in anything that isn't targeted to the GP.

Maybe there was a change in leadership within Capitol Music Group.

Remember the fact that Universal Music is still restructuring after EMI's absorption.

So maybe the person that signed Sky is no longer with Capitol/Virgin.

I never really liked her, but I think that she deserved more promo, because she's got the potential.

Capitol is just so awful to her, they're not even willing to give her a chance.
