Ultraflatulence was a good album + acclaimed by critics and adored by fans. No one likes ARTPOP or Beak 2 Beak (anyone who claims otherwise is lying / doesn't love themselves). Lana wins.

TBQH you have Taylor gunning for 6 mill, Bey shooting for 4 mill, Katy at 3 mill, and almost every other artist doing much worse. 1 mill is probably decent and respectful in 2014, which is ****ing tragic actually but also unavoidably true.

Adele, 1D, JT, Bruno, Pink, Taylor, Bey, Gaga, Katy, Lana. Those are the only important artists I can think of off the top of my head lately that could cross even 2 million.

That bitch can have all the acclaim she wants & have the those fans (who can't even get her a gold cert.)

Meanwhile, Gaga is doing just fine with a Grammy nom + more album sales & higher touring gross.

I don't think Lana cares about album sales. I think she's completely satisfied with where her career is right now. Gaga on the other hand is probably miserable knowing some minimally talented bimbo like Katy Perry ended her career and now she's stuck recording average selling jazz albums with a dusty fossil by her side at all times.
