Mortal Kombat had a better average. You tried it.

No girl, just because people didn't like the original MK9 game and didn't bother to buy teh re-releases doesn't mean that they don't exist. Then answer this to me, why do the MK/Tekken stans consider the 3DS port of Super SF4 a new version? Just because it had exclusive content? Because so did the Vita version of MK9.
The thing is, no matter how you look @ it, SF4 outsold MK9 easily.
-Counting the handheld versions as re-releases:
First 3 versions of MK9:
MK9 +
MK9 KE +
MK9 Vita
= 4.5M
First SF4 versions:
SF4 - 3.2M +
Super SF4 (Without 3DS version) - 1.9M +
SSF4 Arcade Edition - 1.1M
= 5.2M
5.2M > 4.5M
-Counting the handheld versions as just another port:
First 2 versions of MK9:
MK9 +
MK9 KE (with Vita version)
= 4.5M
First 2 SF4 versions:
SF4 - 3.2M +
SSF4 (with 3DS version) - 3.1M
= 6.3M
6.3M > 4.5M.
-
You TRIED.
Why does SF outsell MK so effortlessly with or without re-releases?
