In the studio with Monica. Working on song #2 with JD. I think that we are close to finishing her album. I am very excited about Monica's album coming out this year. She not only worked with
Me and JD but Ne-Yo, Johnta Austin, L.O.S., Stargate, Missy, Soul Shock and Karlin, Adonis, Wyldcard, and Polow The Don. Rumor has it that she might even get a record from R. Kelly. The fans have been waiting on her and I feel like the anticipation is high. Be on the lookout for her release this summer.

Terrell of MiddleChild Promotions recently spoke with Ne-Yo and asked about his experience with working with Monica. Here is what he had to say.
Terrell: Right. I definitely feel you on that. Now it’s been said that you recently completed some work on R&B singer Monica’s upcoming album. What was the experience like working with her?
Ne-Yo: Oh yeah, big shout out to Monica. It was a pleasure man, it really was. She’s on her way back with some of the work I did with her.
Of course I knew she could sing before we got in the studio, but just being there and hearing her voice over my lyrics, that was just amazing to me. I think that where she is mentally, this album is going to be her best one yet. THE WORLD AIN'T READY. I did about 5-6 songs for the album and she may only use a few, or she might use them all.
Time will tell, but she definitely coming back strong, that’s for sure.
Her reality show is called Still Standing will be premiering on BET which leads into her single release.
Also she has a movie coming out this summer and her clothing line will be out along with the album.
