#45 Starting off this update Gwen Stefani's "Baby Don't Lie" She came back this year with new music. This song is catchy, but not as good as her earlier songs from her career Sweet Escape, Rich Girl, Hollaback Girl and others to name a few. Still, it is a decent song. I hope she has better material in her new album. The music video kinda makes you dizzy though.
#44 The Script came back this year with their new single "Superheroes". This is such a great song! The message is despite a lifetime of adversity, you can persevere. These guys write songs that don't just sound good, but really mean something. However, this song kinda sounds like Katy Perry's Roar.
#43 I think one of best ballads to come out this year was "Say Something" from A Great Big World .This song is so impactful and powerful, I love it everytime I hear it, it speaks volumes while doing it so softly and Christina Aguilera was a great addition to it.
#42 There are few songs that made my list year that sound like it came out in a different decade. "Boom Clap" is one of them. This song sounds like it literally came out the 80's. It's the first solo hit from Charli XcX after having two hit songs as a feature artist.
#41 Christina Perri returned this year with new single called "Human. This song is so moving, makes you think of the struggles that so many have and reminds us all that we're all only human, and that's okay.
Bonus
The fourth bonus song for this update is Katy Perry's "Unconditionally".I think this one of her best singles from her.

Superheroes is good. Say Something is one of the best ballads this year. Human really is such an emotional song. It gives you chills every time you listen to it. Katy's flop ballads are always the best.
