There's only about 50 wifi connections in NK.. To protect the government, nobody is allowed to see the Internet. It's heavily censored for those who do have access to it (besides researchers) with NK sites only.
In the end what matters is the happiness, and North Koreans are extremely grateful for what they've got and thankful for their great leader, who is like a God for them, except that he actually exists.
