On the surface it looks like that, but once you get into the details you would realize that North Korea would be absolutely crushed in a war for various reasons and completely isolated if it used a nuclear weapon.

I doubt this is a publicity slot, I mean, Sony got hacked a few weeks ago and people are assuming it was North Korea. For the sake of US people, they better pull it.
