Why do all the critics hate Only?

It's really grown on me. Nicki's metaphors are a bit base but her flow is tight and it's hella fun to rap along with, and I think Drake and Wane's verses are hilarious. I use.

BUT her sales are indeed concerning, loved the album to death and will be playing it for the next couple months but her sales decrease each release is really not good.

As fans for sure we care about the music but as an artist its not encouraging seeing those declines and shell never say it but yeah it does bother her

Yeah people who say they don't care about success are fooling only themselves.
They were the same ones throwing MY stats in others faces and when success is declining for whatever reason stans all of the sudden pretend as if they care about the quality.
Quality and Quantity are important

But I'm more than confident this will be a steady seller. I'm just bummed that it is not a hip hop classic and I STILL don't see how this is important to hip hop.

That song does NOT leave my head. I still play it multiple times a day, which I rarely do to songs more than a month old

She should have released the album while Anaconda was slaying. I think the hype died down once she pushed it back.

One ALL OF HER ALBUMs have increased past predictions.
PF had like 325k or something at first
PFRR had 220k
PFRRTRU had like 20kish
TPP 155k...most likely will go up to 180k-200k. For me. with her Album promo campaign THAT still is underwhelming but I don't anticipate it staying the same nor do i buy the stocking issues at Target having the massive impact as I know someone that bought at Target on Monday and I bought at target yesterday and only a few had been taken and it was 11am. We know people go to Itunes, best buy and walmart etc.

that said, the catch 22 is that Jcole has ONLY put out quality songs before the album.
Nicki had 4-5 singles but not all of them were quality and/or hits so there is reservation.
Now if she had 4 smashes that were quality, I couldn't understand her doing 155kish.
No one can say she didn't have enough promo but it's clear where the era ebbed and flowed.
Key times to release June or September...even November would be questionable all things considered.

I think we have hope the numbers will increase AND she'll have longevity.
As I pointed out in one post, the difference between PFRR and now is that
she had 8/9 singles during a period where she was hated and enduring backlash (being tested)
she'll HAVE 8/9 singles where people over time might possibly invest.
