OMG Rather Be is there, it's pop perfection. I see someone else included Wrong club, they will chart very high on my list! Beg For It and West Coast were also among the best of the year!

Rather Be is great, I love these UK #1's like that My Love, Waves, Under Control...

Beg For It is really catchy too, When I first heard the title I thought it would be a Fancy 2.0 knockoff so glad it wasn't!
Pretty Hurts, the video alone.

Same, after hearing that live performance with Charli. Most of the BEY videos are amazing

OMG we get all the chart stats in this Best of countdown too
Let me see if my predictions will hold for my ideal top 3 order:
the first one I see ranked the lowest will be: I Will Never Let You Down by Rita Ora.
It will leave first because despite it being FORCED to not chart for a number of weeks during the summer, it did get a number of weeks in your top 2, therefore it did well, but not well enough to go further then these next 2.
The second one to be gone will be: Shower - Becky G
I've been following the certifications of this song, 12x Platinum but honestly one song which might have a lower certification might just have the edge to beat the final song.
Drunk In Love - Beyonce.
I mainly think this will out do the other two since
1. I never followed your chart so intensely to see if DrIL had a lot more impact over the other 2 songs
2. Its been featured a lot on your countdown even after its prime during the first half of 2014.
We will see, but poor Rita Ora either way

Thanks for the essay

That Top 3 is pretty much confirmed

IWNLYD has a very big follow up hit (Radioactive) and was blocked for a few weeks despite peaking at #1 for 4 weeks (2nd most weeks at #1). When is album is released, it might re-enter and go
Diamond.
Shower is now at 13x Platinum

. It has finally retired after 20 weeks in the Top 6. The follow up hit(s) (Can't Get Enough - Platinum/Can't Stop Dancin - 2x Platinum soon) weren't as big but this also didn't have an album release with it.
Drunk In Love was released with one of the biggest albums of the year on my YTT. It was also blocked for many weeks. There were many hits from BEY but this was by far the biggest. We'll see what happens but all 3 turned me into a bit of a stan of each artist.
+Just because a song has more plays doesn't mean it will chart higher. Habits is #66 and it's platinum. All the others after it are gold until Beg For It #54. If I made this list based on plays, Habits would have been Top 50.
