Gaga doing all sorts of promo and an upcoming touur selling 30k while Lana is sitting in her house quitly probably writting the next metacritic acclaimed album unbothered while doing no promo and still managing to sell 5k. it's ok henny, you can go off topic I'll still anwser.

Traditional jazz music sells very little in general and is very local while pop music like Ultraviolence generally sells a lot and is global

So the fact that C2C, a jazz covers album, has a good chance to actually outsell Ultraviolence..

Obviously Tony is selling more, it was released later than UV and he has been dragged to plenty of shows against his will

It sold 400,000 in the US and 300,000 WW. It's not local. And again, we'll talk about that in March 2015, when C2C will be 6 months old. I find it totally normal a 6-months-old album would outsell an album released 3 months ago, especially for Ultraviolence, which is a huge success according to ATRL.
