It's not unfortunate. In a purely waterdowned music industry where fan bases rely on album sales versus actual artistry and critical merit. Hiphop doesn't follow Top 40 trends, if it crosses over Great! If it doesn't, so be it. They sell albums based on what they do versus selling out.
Fancy is in no way, shape, or form better than anything in Nicki's discography and I'm even including the mess that was Roman Reloaded. Even that pop fiasco was better than the new classic.
