The time has been there for months. In fact, it had a set release date of September 30th before the album got delayed which they forgot to fully change, so "Track 5 by Fifth Harmony" appeared on the Hot Tracks list on iTunes's front page

Also, 99% sure it's "Over". Candece once confirmed it's a song we've already heard, and Over not only comes pretty close to that exact time in their live performances, but none of the other songs we've heard come close.
