According to The Sun, the X Factor judge, 39, packed up and left the home the couple have been sharing in London after their furious arguing became too much to bear.
And now pals are urging the former Spice Girl to formally break away from Stephen, reports the newspaper.
She was in hospital for undisclosed reasons for a couple of days missing the first half of the X Factor final, when she returned viewers noticed the lack of wedding ring and slightly bruised face. Her husband previously hit a girlfriend.
I kinda dont believe this since just a month or two ago she was gushing about him in the press.
that doesn't mean nothing was wrong in their marriage, she could've just been trying to save face or was in denial about how bad it really was like most abuse victims are
