2-3 spoonfuls of low-fat cottage cheese (it's full of casein protein) and a casein protein shake. Casein is a slow-releasing protein. It helps your muscles grow and recover while you sleep.
I try not to eat much at night, but having classes all day makes that difficult to do during the week.

Nothing. It's bad to eat before going to bed because your body is preparing to sleep and all the food you ate will just convert to fat. If anything, I drink tea.

Things that would soothe my stomach and slow my calm my digestion so I can sleep would be Ice Cream, yogurt or a yogurt smoothie. Sometimes cereal or a soda would do too.
