Dairy (especially if you are lactose or borderline)
Fish (the smell sticks to you)
Onion/garlic (the smell sticks to you)
Avoid drinking a lot of liquids(especially carbonated) because one of my closest friend (sorry william) pissed himself while backing it up
Fruit is basically the best thing to eat before bottoming because its light, keeps you from getting hungry and wont make you defacting everywhere
