Admitebily haven't heard any of these albums, but Broods sounded familiar, so I listened to the standouts you chose and

wow! The Lorde similarity is definitely there, but that's not a bad thing. They seem to have a really solid stand on what they represent as writers, while putting it out there with a soothing, almost tranquilizing beats. Going to give the rest of their album a listen now.
