Lamb, with lots of herbs and spices in them.
You also can't go wrong with just a plain beef one with tomato sauce. They're great for hot dogs.

Not a fan of Sausage. Maybe a Kielbasa or a Lil Smokie drenched in BBQ sauce but that's IT.
