That song sounded like a slave hymn, Mary you're free with no more drama luv.
The AMAs were so terrible that this stood out so well in comparison and the above comment really made it for me. 1:10ish it transitions into something basic but it recovers and really is just a nice listen. I'm not sure if i like the line "when I can go therapy two times a day" yet.
49. Summer -
Calvin Harris
Just really nice "let me put the radio up and bop a biT" music. A true summer song in the cheapest form of the term.
48. Desire - Meg Myers
See, I gotta to hunt you
I gotta to bring you to my hell
Baby, I wanna **** you,
I wanna feel you in my bones
Boy, I'm gonna love you
I'm gonna tear into your soul
Admittedly, I feel this song is cheap in a third wave, let's turn it around edgy! way. But I can't resist it. "Desire. I'm hungry, I hope you feed me." Like, yas queen. Go get the D or V or whatever you're into.
47. Brain - BANKS
I feel the whole song is a build up to the little scream at 1:55.
The power >>>
Just want to join up and delete FB photos we had with our recently split lovers while eating ice cream. But besides that moment, this song doesn't have that same power throughout or even much after it.
46. Sayit -
Röyksopp & Robyn
I hate music videos. I don't see any worth in them. But this song and its video are so perfect together. One of the only times I've ever thought the visual was essential or even added something. It's so clever and does what MTV attempted with those TERRIBLE VMA commercials.
