So, this is fitting for the first song on the countdown because I can introduce DJ Digital's YouTube channel, which is where many of the songs on my countdown will be coming from the weekly countdown videos they make. It's their personal chart, so it's not a perfectly accurate representation of what songs are popular in Korea, but the charts are useful for discovering new K-Pop music. But about the song itself - This song sounds like a weird combination of Thrift Shop, Problem, and Fancy but in Korean. It's a bit of a mess, to be honest, but the rap parts slay! I just can't bring myself to listen to it often because of the chorus parts. I do not know why they had to add a third member to Lip Service, though. They were doing fine as a duet. *Lip Service will appear again on the countdown*

This entry marks a good place to say that not all of the songs on this chart will be from this year - rather, they are songs that I first heard of this year. Keep that in mind when watching the countdown. About the song in particular - the song starts off with a sort of dance pop like feel and Jay Park's vocals. It makes you think "Wow, this is a cute throwback to when rappers used to rap over dance beats!", but then Dok2's verse comes in and there's an electronic grinding sort of sound, and it catches you off guard. I think that's what I liked about the song. These days, I have grown a bit tired of the song (This was actually the second song I put on my year-end list I started making all the way back in January, so it's understandable.), but it's still a good song to bop to once in a while! *Dok2 and Jay Park will both appear again on the countdown*
