Honestly, I don't see why this needs to be discussed. The formula for year-end lists was different back then and, while Selena and Demi have gone farther "after Disney," Hilary accomplished stuff that they still haven't done. I don't know about Demi but I know Hilary had huge impact on Miley and Selena because they both adore her and Selena always calls Hilary her biggest inspiration whenever asked in an interview.

... so since they didn't create the list you are referring to till 2006, when Hilary didn't even release anything that year, this thread is invalid. If that list was around during the Metamorphosis era, she would've most likely made top 30 at least.

She wasn't overlooked, the chart in question wasn't created until 2006, a year that Hilary didn't even release new music. Of course, in 2007 she had Dignity but that didn't do much on the charts and then in 2008 she stepped back from music and hasn't picked it back up until this year.

Since this is a fair way to compare different markets (album sales going down, single sales going up, etc.) have Selena and Demi been bigger than Hilary this entire time when looking at these facts? Discuss.
