It's a knee-jerk reaction to start calling for the death penalty. Brazil is obviously progressive enough to understand why it doesn't even work as a deterrent and that it's inhumane.
That being said, I hope this guy gets his nuts twisted off
It's interesting because he doesn't seem to be a psychopath, in the way most serial-killers are, according to some pychologists who are studying it. ****, he lived with people who knew about his crimes, and they aren't ''psychopaths'' either. Simply twisted individuals, with no sense of moral and absolutely no fear of justice. Also, i doubt he killed that much... he's probably delusional, who knows.
